Accessibility
Updated September 8, 2026
Finding a home should not depend on how you use a computer. We build the Real Estate with Tiia website and app to work with screen readers, keyboard navigation, and screen magnification, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we do
- Every page has a skip link so keyboard users can jump past the navigation.
- Controls have visible focus states and meet a minimum 44 pixel touch target on phones.
- Photos of listings carry text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Errors and status changes are announced to screen readers, not only shown in color.
- Text and background colors are chosen to meet WCAG contrast ratios, and the app respects your reduced-motion setting.
- Everything you can do in the app you can also do by phone or email with your locator.
Known limitations
- The interactive map is easier to use with a mouse or touch. The same listings are available in the list view, which is fully keyboard accessible.
- Voice calls with aiTiia require audio. Every question you can ask by voice you can also ask in text chat.
- The brokerage forms you sign are PDF documents produced from Texas standard forms. If you need one in another format, ask and we will provide it.
