They tell us budget, move date, must-haves, credit and anything on their record — before they ever contact a property.

We only send people your community will actually approve. No walk-ins you have to turn away, no applications that die at screening.

You pay when they sign

No subscription, no per-seat licence, no monthly minimum. A fee on a signed lease and nothing otherwise.

Where we are different

We work the renters other locators hand back.

Broken lease. An eviction a few years ago. Credit in the 500s. Most locators drop those enquiries because placing them is work. We keep them, because we know which communities will approve what — and because a renter nobody else will help is a renter who signs quickly and stays.
